The multisuction simply has to be placed on the nipple and/or clitoris and then the desired suction effect is provided by the manual vacuum pump. The experience is like having a warm and wet mouth sucking on your most sensitive points. Two translucent suction cups (both 6cm long with an opening diameter of about 2cm), both with vacuum release button, with manual pump. The vacuum in the bells is maintained even if the pump and the tube are removed!
